Broken Contract From: designlady54 Date posted: 10/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I moved in in May 07 and my lease said free basic cable and door to door trash pick up, which I thought was great because I have medical issues and can't walk all the way to the back of the complex to throw out the trash. Well this month a new manager took over and stopped the trash pick up for " sanitary reasons". My lease still has dodr to door trash pick up, so I guess that I can move because they broke the lease. Also since the new manager took over the noise level has gone up, last weekend my neighbor was running through the complex crying and dodging her boyfriend and not one person thought to call 911.
