Bad management! and frequent turnover of management!

I have lived here for about 2 years and I am very disappointed with the inconsistent of management turnover. They have a new manager here by the name of Christine and she has no professionalism whatsoever. When Hurricane Rita came to Houston the lights where out in the complex for 3 days from Friday Sept. 23rd to Mon. Sept. 26th it was a terrible experience for most of the residence here and they have not once checked on us or offered relief like water or food for those days but by the 3rd of the following month they where looking for the rent. (HOW INCONSIDERATE IS THAT)'
