The apartment is huge and cheap, but it comes at a price. After a year I still have a move in maint. problem. Staff and maint are friendly though.
Undercover ghetto is right. Gates work, but are always open. People hang out outside and are very loud. Parking is terrible. My car was broken into for a stock CD player. My neighbors were burglarized. I will be getting the hell out of here. If not for everything outside the apartment, would be nice place to live. If your on a budget, go for it. If you can afford better get it.

Sounds like sour grapes to me. You can't blame management for crime! This is Houston don't you watch the news?
