Break In Capitol From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I lived here for about 6 months. This place is ghetto!! My apartment was broken into in February. When the police show up they said that this complex has breakins every day. Then I told management that my window was broken and a week later nothing was done!
