Fox Point Apartments

Absolutely Sucks! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I lived here for almost two years. It wasn't the greatest place to begin with, but in the last six months it went all the way downhill. Calling this place a gated community is a big joke - the gates were closed maybe twice in two years. Just before I left I heard they had ordered access cards, but too bad the actual gates were old and rusted. There were stray cats everywhere, giant potholes in the parking lot that reminded me of the grand canyon, lizards or salamanders or some sort of reptile that made themselves at home in the awning of my front door (called management several times - they never did anything about it). And the worst part of all - another tenant was SHOT to death back in August due to a robbery gone bad. The man was on his way to work and a couple of lowlife thug n***as killed him (I am black, by the way, just in case anyone wants to whine about racism). Last I heard they were still on the loose. As a single woman, I became very concerned about my safety, so I finally broke my lease and got the hell out of there! Do NOT move here - in fact, stay away from SW Houston in general.
