Property: 2 sparkling pools (lie) I lived there 13 months pool always green I had to write to the HAA and still not safe. Kids were getting sick all the time!!
Kidsarea : never existed never will.
Fitness center: Never seen it not in office anywhere.
Lush Picnic & BBQ Areas : never saw them

The management: only person you should deal with is Pedro, the accountant Diana is a total B'''CH!!! watch out for her!!!!! She treats people like s''t shes very rude, She has no feelings, she made mistakes 2 months in a row, using a computer & calculator $20 1st and $30 2nd she still F''ked up the numbers. She likes to threaten her own people.!!! I hit bottom I lost my job 2 months before my lease was up...I paid the 2 months rent based on the numbers she wrote on a letter that was left on my door, bought the money order, placed in the drop box, 3 days later a note 2 times in two months saying I was short $20 1st and $30 2nd time. they took me to court for the month of Aug's rent for eviction, I went to court the judge asked how much is the rent a month, I had to pay $699 court fees $92 & waive the late FEES!!!The following month before I moved out, being that I paid the amount due for my last month & the one before, she said I had a balance for $300 the late fees for Aug. I said theres something wrong, they were trying to keep my $300 deposit. I moved out on Sep'09 I gave my 30 day notice of move out in Aug well Sept., Im still waiting for the letter from them about any deductions from my deposit. My wife stayed up cleaning the apartment until 2AM the day before the day of the walkthrough while I moved the little things that were left. The next day in the walkthrough the range was full of oil from the canopy above the range, she had the b''ls to tell me we left that dirty, with the employees there I said it in spanish it was THEM who made the mess, she took pictures of that only. I talked to a lawyer and she sent me a copy of the Tenants Rights Handbook if anybody would like a copy call 800-204-2222 ext:1800 The place is nice, but they broke my wifes back window in her car, my quarter window in my car, one person got shot right by the exit gate, another Mexican 16yo got murdered there, gates not working or everyone know the code to get in. Please look somewhere else, not RECOMENDED!!!!!
