The apartment complex used to have some decent people in the management that were good to deal with. Maintenance is sometimes hard to get to. The building construction is so-so - you will hear your neighbors, and since the kitchens have laminate floors, you will know when your upstairs neighbors are cooking, or going for a midnight snack. Lately I see a lot of college students, so there is some partying. Since the walls are quite thin, you'll hear when all the drunks head home in the middle of the night.
Grounds are pretty decent, however, dog owners do not clean up, so grass is a mine field, and sometimes dog crap is even on the walkways. Swimming pool is ok, however there are lots of blooming trees around it, so by the evening the pool is dirty with the dead flowers/leaves. Gym is small. Cable company is TVMax, so you know that you are getting the crappiest cable service at the highest price. Recently there were wheel thefts from two cars, and there was no real reaction from the management.

Current management seems to not care at all about anything. I am moving out.
