I was a resident of this complex for almost 4 years before moving. Overall the apartments are ok but there are several issues with the place.
1. The quality of service from the office staff as went into the gutter. When I originally moved in there was a staff that did its best to care for the customer and meet there needs. Over the last three years this has deteriorated into a staff that treats you as an annoyance. They appear uneducated on how to deal with a great many issues and don't seem to care overall. They send out notifications for various items like parking that are rude.
2. Parking is horrible. Your lucky on somenights to even get a spot near your apartment.
3. The grounds are not repaired in a timely fashion. At one point a fence downed from a tree layed where it fell for months, there is a cess pool because of a water leak, the pool is constantly neglected through the week, and the 24 hour fitness center is a closet that is poorly maintained.
Overall, the apartment complex is not worth the money. The prices should be several hundred dollars lower for the quality of service you receive and the quality of the staff and complex overall.
