The Apartment was okay overall, great location. I lived in the complex almost 3 years. Beware of management, they are certainly not on your side!!! ranging from poor response to maintentance requests to jacking up your rent a couple of hundred bucks, to high turnover, to poor customer service. There were several breakins and thefts while I was there, this can be attributed to the Hurricane Katrina Effect. If you do rent there, expect to be screwed over at some point.
