I will never recommend this complex to anyone!! The management is a joke. They rule the complex by charging tenants for anything including many charges not ever included in the lease. They have no regard for the comfort or need of their tenants. They also make you sign an addendum to your lease to state they take no responsibility for your safety, yet there are numerous incidents since I've been here that obviously shows this complex is not safe.

Actually he was probably towed for parking in covered parking. I have a paid spot that is constantly being taken by people for no reason other than they don't want to walk an extra 20 feet or from the back of the lot. I pay extra each month to have that space so I have parking close to my apartment. I'm not paying for it for convenience of someone else. The only enforced towing they do is when you park in a fire lane, handicap parking, or in the drive path. Tell your friend to park in a regular spot and buy an umbrella.

I would suggest that you read better before responding to look like an idiot. The only covered spaces in this complex are in the parking garage and I'm pretty sure no one pays to park all the way back there. The only parking we pay for is garages. As for your deep knowledge of who gets towed....I've watched and heard them all night towing from spots right outside my window, having nothing to do with a fire lane, handicap or in a drive path.

ALL properties have you sign paperwork releasing them from liability. There is not one community out there that can be held liable for safety or crime issues. I do not understand why people think that someone other than themselves should be responsible for them. Your safety and well being are and will always be your own responsibility. This would be the same ANYWHERE you go, whether it be another community, business, house, etc. Along with all property's leases releasing the community from responsibility for crime and safety you will also always find a waiver for the gates acknowledging that they are not a safety or security device. We have all seen those idiots waiting outside to get in because they do not have a code or card. We have also all seen residents let people in. How can you possibly expect management to be the protectors of your things when it could be your neighbor not thinking and letting the criminal in trying to be the nice guy? And FYI, if you are getting charged for something you can guarantee you signed for it somewhere, probably in the small print of these LONG lease contracts.
