Management does a poor job of keeping the gate in proper working order. SEVERAL car break-ins have occured and management blames the break-ins on the residents saying they should not have left electronics in their vehicles instead of apologizing for their gate not being kept in proper working order. Also, parking is a major issue. Good luck finding a spot if you arrive anytime after 8:00 p.m.

The blame should go to the criminal, not management. All the posts I have read on this site addressing crime always blame management. How can you expect management to protect you or your belongings. They have homes and personal belongings of their own to protect. Crime happens and it doesn't matter where you live our how many "False" security measures are in place. Crime can happen anywhere. I have a cop friend who always tells me not to leave things of value in my car, that it is a magnet for a break-in. Why do you think management should keep an eye on your wallet, GPS, Computer, cell phone, CD Player, etc. that you elected to leave out in your car for someone else to take? How can you blame someone else for your carelessness? I know when I moved in at my place I saw in at least 3 places where I signed acknowledging that management cannot be held responsible for crime or safety issues. I also had to acknowledge my understanding that the gates were not for the protection or security of myself or my stuff. I am sure you had to sign the same if not similar stuff. Ask for a copy and read it carefully.

This is perhaps one of worst places I have ever lived in. It appears nice on the outside but living there is hell. The thefts, management, electric bills and the smart ass repairmen makes this a Gualg experience.er wrote the last comment must be either the manager or part of this nasty place.
