We have been here for a little over 3 years. In that time the following has occured:
Two break ins to my vehicle.
One break in to our garage.
One break in to our mail box. Took checks from cc company that were my mail box and cashed it for $ 5,000.
Towed our car twice.
Stole package from leasing office.
The management changes all the time. Current manager nice. Leasing Consultant Big B.
Grounds are nice, maintenance people are nice but because the gate breaks down there are tons of problems with theft etc. Parking is always a problem especially from Thursday-Saturday when everyone has parties and sleepovers. They stay on top of the maintenance but you can quickly add up how expensive living here has been in damages from all the incidents that we have had. Police officer resides here but he SUCKS. Has never done a thing. They need to give him the boot. Oh and before I forget it is so LOUD. You can hear your upstairs neighbors too wel. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

In all fairness to your post I agree with all your points with the exception of " Police officer resides here but he SUCKS. Has never done a thing. They need to give him the boot." Are you insane? The man lives here, he doesn't work here and has no obligation whatsoever to perform official funtions on his time off. Get a life!
