I just finished my first one year lease at this property. This is my third apartment here in Houston and by far the best one. There were some issues with my account as well when I first moved in but everything seems to be straightened out since Gables changed the staff in the office. They brought in an entirely different staff back in July/August. I live near the parking garage, so I haven't had alot of problems with parking. I can't always park right by my apartment, but it hasn't been that bad. Maintenance is responsive but you do have to be specific about the problem otherwise they seem to guess at what is wrong. It gets fixed but sometimes they have to do the trial and error method it seems.
