This is my first year here, but so far it has been GREAT! Ill start with the facilities. The grounds keepers are excellent and are constantly replanting and remodeling to provide you with the freshest look. They exterminate accordingly, and the grass is always perfect! No complaints. Next is parking.. There is plenty of parking although if getting in late you may be walking a good distance to your apt. Upon having to walk though I've never felt scared or dangered. There has been a few break-ins and accidents, but nothing over excessive for a normal apt! The People here are extremely friendly and courteous. Be prepared to get a friendly greeting when walking around. Then there is the Staff. The staff has been very helpful. Even going to the point of personally delivering messages and giving a helping hand when needed. Finally the Maintenance. The maintenance has also been quick and courteous. Every problem I've had has been dealt with within the same day, and mostly within the same couple hours of hearing the complaint. Overall I am very happy with my stay at Gables!
