I rented here for six months. During that time I had leaks in my bathroom really bad when we first moved in, and when we were getting ready to move out. The first time I had them come fix it and replace the panel in the ceiling which was chock full of mold. This fix lasted me a few months. When it happened again, I called for maintenance to come fix it multiple times and they couldn't do it (oddly after I gave the last month's rent). So I was unable to use my air conditioner unless I wanted a flood in my bathroom. Also, when we moved in we had an ant problem-allll over the place. The lights would go out out of no where, the oven, the water would stop working, etc. On weekend nights you can hear drunk people coming back to their apartments. And since I didn't have any air conditioning I had to keep my window open and hear it all night. It's overpriced. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets need replacing. You need to have a code to get out of the complex-you can easily follow someone in but forget about getting out. I do have to say I never felt unsafe however. Numerous times my roommate would forget to lock the front door and we never got robbed or anything like that. My car didn't either. Parking kinda sucks. If you get in late you are screwed and need to park all the way up the parking garage. The office staff is unresponsive and snotty. They keep the grounds real nice but start with the leaf blower at 7 in the morning when you're trying to sleep. The location is pretty excellent though, close to shopping and such. But I would never recommend this place to anyone.
