Great Location From: wmntex Date posted: 11/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response   The apartments are modern with stainless appliances, track lighting, laminate floors, and wood cabinets of good quality. Bedrooms are small. Air conditioning and heating work well but the blower is somewhat noisy. Maintenance request done per internet have been handled promptly. They will change your A/C filter as the size is impossible to find. The hallways are carpeted keeping the noise levels down to a minimum. This is a quite place. Also the carpeted area is kept clean. There is never a parking problems with lots of spaces. Guest are allowed to park in the garage area. Maintenance of the public areas I feel is somewhat lacking considering this is an expensive complex. The security door from the lower garage level to the resident floors has been broken for weeks and the very lower garage area floods as the pump is out. However, no one parks in that area Sometimes common area lighting is out for a while before bulbs are replaced. The elevators now work well. The freight elevator is new. The staff is friendly. Great location.
