I have lived here for about a year and a half. There have been ups and downs.

Ups:
1. no roaches or other undesirable bugs. I did have a little bit of an ant problem when i first moved in, but it became contained after a couple months. i see one here or there, and the occasional silverfish.
2. the view of the lake is nice
3. i feel fairly safe and the neighbors are polite.
4. design and appliances are decent

Downs:
1. Vents are kinda dirty, lil bit of mold, so my allergies act up
2. Sometimes maintenance is slow to respond
3. Parking can be bad, but not horrible, sometimes
4. Raccoons

Overall, cleanliness is most important to me. I am from up north, where roaches aren't even an issue unless you live in a filthy area. But when i moved to Houston, I saw that you have to be wary of where you move, because roaches could be anywhere. I have three friends with decently priced apartments, but they all have roaches. With that being said, I stayed here when it was time to renew, mostly out of comfort, knowing that my apartment and neighbors were clean.
