i've been living here since january. I have not had any problems whatsoever. The location of my apartment is not the best since it's right behind Bella Aida Gardens and Pizza Hut, well, a little strip mall and I hear the trailer trucks with stuff pulling up in the morning and it wakes me up but It's no big deal. Maintenance is good. When I first moved in, like 2 weeks after moving in there was a rape in the complex, but instead of hiding it from us, the office sent out these notices on everyone's door saying there was a crime alert and to keep an eye out for suspicious people and to report anything to the authorities. I tihnk that's a good thing, because a lot of apartment complexes would just try to keep things like that on the down low so people wouldn't leave. There's security on property nd they do random checks on people coming in the property at the gates. So far so good for me. Hopefully it will stay like that.
Hey, I even referred somebody to the apartments and am receiving my $200 referral bonus at the end of this month.
