I have had the worst experiences with crime here, and the management is even worse. Expext your car to be broken into and there was a murder next door to me and I am sure they will rent it out to some unsuspecting person.

I think that was a long time ago and it was his girlfriend I dont think it could have been prevented. Plus they have new management now.
