Don't Do It!! Waste of Money to Live Here!

The location of this property is good and they will take larger dogs (bonas). However, everything else is very poor quality.
1. First, moving in was a pain because the didn't put oversized elevators in and you can only park your moving truck on the street. Very long walk with boxes and furniture.
2. Gate entrance always broken. Maintenance will fix it but, a couple of days later it's brakes again.
3. Parking garage was poorly designed, very cramped and hard to move around in.
4.Rent way OVERPRICED for what you get!
5. Refrigator always broken and washer will not go through spin cycle. Maintenance fixes it and a couple of day it will break. Finally, after 7 months of complaining management desides to give me new appliances. Management and Maitenance very slow.
6. Problems with pest. Ants in my apartment and in the office center. Maintenance sprayed, but didn't work. Also, roaches in hallway and rats. Told management and they said sorry we can't do anything about that. Load of crap
7. Office center-only one computer works and printer never has paper or ink. Workout room very small and cramped.
8. Elec. and Water bill always very high.
Do NOT waste your time and money living here.

1. Move in only takes a day or 2 and most "A" properties do not have clearance for large vehicles such as U-Hauls, If they did you would have those vehicles blocking uneccessary Parking space and walk ways as well as dirty exhaust filling up the garages! They're not aloud in so your not disturbed as a resident on a daily basis!
2.The gate is not always broken, it is in the process of changing over from key pad to remote only, if you think the gate is always broken..stop breaking it.
3.If you take the time to research other apartments garage parking you'll find that The Gael's is actually reasonable!
4.The Gael has some of the best prices for this area, try doing a market survey before you come up with that lame conclusion.
5.The appliances there are great, if you had a problem with your w/d you might want to stop overloading it with all Jeans! If you think Maintenance is slow, they are not, at the time they may have been short staffed because one of them fell off of a ladder, but their 24 hour garauntee has yet to fail.
6. I bet your the only one with pest problems, if you clean your house and try not to leave old food lying around you would stop attracting them!
7. As for the Computer room they have a 24 hour room that may have had some older models...let them know your out of paper and you wont have that problem, after all the office is located at the other property! AND THEY ARE OPENING A BRAND NEW CAFE! WITH ADDITIONAL BRAND NEW COMPUTERS, A COFFEE BAR AND 42" PLASMA FLATSCREEN!!!!
8. Electric and water bills dont go up because of the office they go up because YOU! used more! If you dont like your bill..get a better job or a different electric provider!
