I am not agreeing or disagreeing with your complaint about your thoughts of the management company, but i work in the property management industry as well and your statement about them not being helpful because they do not waive fees is not valid. Management is not obligated to waive fees.
when you sign your contracts and addendums you understand and become obligated to pay any and all late fees that are due. Managers must remain consistent and if they waive fees for one person they must waive them for the next. That defeats the purpose of having rules and regulations.

What does the fact you are a minority have to do with anything. I sick and tired of hearing excuses like that. Becasue I am a white --- male, why should anyone waive fees for me. What makes you so special?
