Good location and apartment, AWFUL staff!

We like this apartment because of the location, and the maintenance guys are really nice and helpful. Shops, restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance, which is very convenient. However, the office staff is UNBELIEVABLY RUDE, especially the lady who sits ------------------------. She are not friendly at all, and she even talks to you like you are beneath her. There is no concept of customer service here, and I think the office staff could use a crash course in this. I don't mind paying such a high price for rent, but because I don't get the service I want and deserve, I will not come back here.
