great management, overall decent From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   we were getting like $200-250 light bills at times, but the manager reimbursed us after we showed her the bills. we also noticed that when our electricity got cut off, half of the apartment was still live, which is a bit strange. internet support was terrible until they got new guys to maintain it. overall, for the price, it was ok, a bit small, but with that incredibly fast internet connection, i wasnt one to complain. (and yes, it is a static ip, do what you will with it, but be sure to use a firewall, all ports are open)
