Love It! From: kshilcutt Date posted: 3/2/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I've lived here at two separate times. I loved it so much that I moved back here after college. It's in an extremely safe area, it's affordable, and the floor plans are very well laid-out. There is covered, assigned parking (for no extra cost!), mailboxes at your door (no central mail!), three great pools, quiet walking/jogging trails, door-to-door trash pick-up, and free cable and discounted electric. What more could you ask for' Plus, the grounds are lovely (like living in a park), the neighbors are quiet and nice, and despite the fact that the property was built in the 1960s, everything is still very high quality and well-maintained. 80% of the property is owner-occupied, so people are waitlisted for the few rented townhomes - which I think is really the true sign of a great complex. If you manage to get a place here, you will LOVE IT.
