I am taking the time to tell you how much I enjoy living at GLen Willow Apartments. I have been living here for the last several years. I have had no real problems with my apartments. I like the access gates and the covered assigned parking. We are very close to the Galleria, where I work. Which is very convenient. My children attend Bellaire High School. I am very impressed with the schools in this area. I love how the manager is very responsive with my needs. I am ---- about my apartment. After the Hurricane, there were many repairs my apartment needed. She made sure that all the repairs were completed in a timely fashion. I even got up apartment updated with ceramic tiles. I love it!!! The maintenance are kind and caring. I am always asking for extra favors. They recently installed a new massage showerhead and curved shower rod I purchased. I know it is just an apartment but I want to live with all the luxuries. I bought a very nice chandelier and new ceiling fans for each room which they just recently installed with no complaint. I really appreciate the attentiveness of all three maintenance men. Many of times I have had them carry my groceries to my door. I live upstairs and I am middle aged single mother. I just had hip surgery. The manager was so nice to check in with me daily. I really would like to show them how much I appreciate they have done for ma and my family. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

I feel like the manager is paying every one to make these remarks about the apartments. i see that there was no remarks about these apartments until this negative one was posted, then all the sudden here comes all these untrue reviews.
