From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I just wanted to say that my car was stolen 2 times from here. The management basically told me that they were not responsible for stolen vehicles and that anywhere I go in Houston there will be a threat for theft. They have security but the security officers don't ever check anyones id or anything like they are supposed to when non-residents come in and like a previous renter said they leave promptly at 10:00 pm. I had a neighbor that was robbed at gun point and had 2 of there vehicles stolen as well. The thieves generally target Dodge/Chrystler products. Management is terrible. In order for me to get a maintainence worker out I have to actually go in to the office and ask to speak to the manager before they come out.
