I lived in a 1bed 1den apt. and only had a six month lease so for the price you cant beat it but there is a down side. The maintanence sucks they only came after i told them i wanted to break my lease. the neighbors are noisy and will know your every move so be careful. It is roach infested but i didnt have a problem because my cat chased them away, so beware of that. They work with you on paying the rent but they also sent out notices saying they will take your electronics if you dont pay. I live on the quiet side, I.E to the right of the main street in and out of the property. There is alot of drug activity and the you will hear shooting from the next property over. But again if your looking for something quick and cheap its all bills included so thats a plus. Its not to bad if your use to like low-class or hood live just make sure to get renters insurance.
