I am desperately looking for a place to live, a cheap place in houston, i have no intent of moving to the southeast, i got this place i went through it, it isnt recommendable but for the price it is fair , it is pretty old looking and pretty low income that doesnt bother me much since i currently resided with alot of drug dealers, robberies and loiterors in Chelsea Courts...but i am wondering will i survive if i mind my own business' is there alot of hate crime, and burglaries'...thats my only concerns. coz i don care on what goes on outside my apartment.

and is glendale park the best choice in the area...(braescourt,Braeshollow,heatherwood, glendale park)

please tell me i got very little time to change my mind..thank u
