Generally Good Experience From: marcopolo1717 Date posted: 1/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001   My spouse and I lived at the Gramercy Park Apartments almost three and a half years, and our experience was generally good. Our experience with the management was pleasant and the property was pleasing, though toward the end of our stay the property and area had seen an up-swing in crime. Our apartment fit our needs, was clean, and the property was maintained.
