Gramercy Park

I love it! From: kheisler Date posted: 3/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I was really suprised by the bad reviews from last year. I have had a few maintenance issues and they are addressed almost immediately. The staff is really friendly and on top of things. The prices are really good for what you get (compared to the prices in surrounding apartments) and all of my neighbors I have met are very friendly. The main reason that I rented here though is because of the safety. The manned gates are a definite plus. The only problem that I have found with it is the lack of visitor parking. However, you can always find a spot to park (if you drive around for a little bit).
