Not that bad From: caro7317 Date posted: 6/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Apartment is beautiful, lot's of storage, works great for me. Parking is a NIGHTMARE! Spaces are very narrow; I got a garage right away. Maintenance people are great, everything gets fixed right away, but the girls in the office usually forget to open de work orders, I always have to go to the manager who is very nice and get things done fast. Richmond Ave is very noisy, stay away from that side of the complex, otherwise it s nice.
