Gramercy Park

Love it here From: kingsmom Date posted: 9/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   I enjoy living here. I have actually lived here twice. I lived here a few years ago in a larger 2 bedroom and now I live in their 1 Bedroom study. The staff is courteous and professional. The pool and grounds are always clean. The maint. staff work very hard and they even change out my light bulbs and A/C filter. I saw a lot of reviews complain of parking. The parking is tight by the larger buildings that have the 3 bedrooms but in my building we all park in the same spots in front of our building every night. I have to park along the fence if I come home after midnight but I don't do that very often. I would recommend this property because I have friendly neighbors that are mostly middle class professionals. I have never once had to complain of rowdy music and people don't hang out in the parking lots at night. As far as safety is concerned I've never had any problems and I feel safe living here. I moved back here because they didn't take evacuee vouchers and that helped to keep the property nice. They didn't get run down like a lot of the westchase properties. We don't have ghetto people hanging in the parking lots drinking beer and acting up.
