I haven't LIVED there yet, but it looks pretty good, and the people there seems to be satisfied. I'm ok with any type, as long as the rent doesn't go up. My old apartment is a total nightmare. The only thing compared and Gramercy Park was worst at was the parking spaces. They look very narrow. I will get a garage.
They have reserved garages for our apartment, so parking won't be a huge problem.

There is a waiting list for the garages, I think.
"As long as the rent doesn't go up." Uh, keep looking. The rent is ALWAYS gonna go up, and this place is no exception to that rule.
