I have been living here about a year now and its time to renew my lease contract! I have no problems coming into the office and signing for another year, i wish i could renew for much longer but 12 months is the most i can do:-( When i first moved in i was thrilled, the apartment have granite countertops which is exactly what i was looking for. The carpet was new, they did mention something about going through upgrades, but im glad they did!
Parking can sometimes be limited but i now have a garage and i am very happy. The only time i dont see that many parking spots is where all the 3-bedrooms are at but that is definitly understandable. but before i got my garage i had a covered parking spot that was reserved for just me, which was great.
I recommend this place to all my friends and even one of my cousins living here. I usually dont write comments about apartment where i live but i am so satisfied with my apartment and the office staff that i had to
