Management is awesome, but that still doesnt change the fact that there have been several robberies and even beatings here. I was robbed at gunpoint right outside my apartment. I do not reccomend that you live here. The complex is great but safety is the biggest issue, you'll always have to be watching your back. Just 3 days ago 3 black men broke into a mans apartment, beat him almost to death and stole his belongings! DONT LEASE HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOU AND YOUR FAMILY IN A SAFE PLACE!! im moving in 2 weeks because i cant take this anymore!!!

would it have made a difference if they were a different color? i didnt think so. dont make something that pepole of all races are capeable of a "black" thing, its not fair. but what does the fact they were black have anything to do with it? think what you write before you post it. its very offensive.

why is "telling it like it is" offensive? the reviewer simply stated the color of skin the robbers had; s/he made no explicit judgements based on the statement.
knowledge is a powerful thing and censorship should not be exercised when transferring knowledge. it should only be exercised when evaluating that knowledge. how can we address issues in our communities if we go around withholding factual information? for example, stating the color of a person's skin is akin to stating a person's age because it helps you readily identify the person.
consider this: if three white, latino, or asian men started walking up to you in that vicinity the very next day, would you run? no. but if three black men started walking up to you, you would become extra cautious, simply because you had been informed of a break-in and had been given information about the robbers' appearances. this is not racism in any way, shape, or form.
if you are offended by the reviewer's statement, you should not waste your time blaming him/her for imparting factual information. instead, you should go out into your community and stop these things from happening, especially if you are --------american yourself. it is not enough to not do these things yourself or frown upon others that do; you must also take action and/or support others that do.
in short: censorship is not the answer. identifying, analyzing, and proposing solutions is.

the person stated the description of who robbed him... it was BLACK men. If it were other races/description, than that person would of listed the other races. This isn't a race issue you ------- morons!
