Green Arbor Apartments

These apartments From: farcryfromhappy Date posted: 2/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   These apartments are a @##$ing joke. For the price they charge for rent they really need to be shot.There a basketball court thats not open when it should be and closed when it should be open. This also goes for the pool they why the hell would you have the pool closed on the weekend in the summertime' I should have known I was going to have problems with this apartment complex when I moved in and the woman in the office ask me if I was sure I was going to be able to pay the rent'Like I told her woman I work 2 jobs to have all I need of course I can pay the rent.Then on top of that my apartment burned down it was the apartment complex fault I ask the manager what they were going to do about it wow This woman told me I should have had renters insurance that was a slap in the face after losing everything i owned and to put the cherry ontop of the cake they made me pay next month rent.They cater to hipanics they give them low rent and charge us an arm and a leg.My hispanic neighbors were playing their music till 1 am and I have to be at work at 5 am the person in the office told me it's nothing they can do about it but had the nerve to put a note on my door about a damn table I had on my balcony'!!!!!'!!!I can't wait till my lease is up so I can get out of lil mexico aka green arbor. Be careful if your black and move here they going to put you in the back of the complex and let all others in the front or maybe your tail light will get shot out like mines did.maybe your work 2 jobs and need some sleep and have --------- playing music all times of the night!!!!! they can have this shyt!!!!!
