I have lived here for almost two years. I beg to differ from the other reviews. I am hispanic and don't get any kind of specail treatment. I have had small issues with the office but nothing major. Yes it is annoying to get notices about what is on my balcony but management has a job to do and that is to try to keep with the property. My reason for living here so long is the rent and my neighbors. They are great people and we look out for each other. But unfortunately all the wrong people have moved in, the last month or so. And I just feel a little uneasy and I am tired of going to the laundry mat. But if not for those two things I would be renewing my lease. The response on notifying the tenants on crime could be a little better. It is true about the pool not being open but a few times during the summer. Now that sucks.... But other than these few things this complex is definetely not the worse.

I think it's a fine place to live. I just moved here and it's just as good here as any other place. I don't get soaked up in my own complaints about people and their ways. So long as mine hang, I'muh handle mine. I ain't worried about none of dem chumps. Management is stuntin - two hott a$$ females up in that office. mmm mmm mmm! If they only knew...
