Don't waste your money! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   This once used to be a good place to live way back when. Definitely gone down hill. There has been an increase of new tenants of questionable nature. Families of 6 moving into a one bedroom apartment. Isn't there a law about that' It probably wouldn't hurt the management to learn some people skills. Absolutely no interacction with the tenants. I SERIOUSLY question the bookkeeping skills (or the lack of rather) of the management. Maintenance is not the best when it comes to prompt response times and it usually takes more than one request to get anything done. The grounds are maintained fairly well but then that's outsourced to another company. Parking... what parking' Whomever designed the parking lot must have been a few pickles shy of a full barrel. If your not home early evening consider your "permit parking" spot gone. They keep issuing warnings of being towed if you don't have a tag but I have yet to see that happen.
