Its Not So Bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   This is my first apartment with my husband and I think that its a perfect starter apartment. We did have a problem with a few things but once we called the office it was fixed within a week. We are having problems with loud neighbors but that they can't help. Also we had brand new carpet and paint on the walls when we moved in and t he interior is really nice, the exterior needs a new paint job though. Other than that it is a great starter apartment at a good price.
