My wife and I have lived at The Greenbriar Apartments since July of 2009.
It is a great apartment community! We enjoy the convenient location and very nice setting.
There are plenty of trees, and with the bayou and several parks within walking distance, it doesn't feel like we are in the middle of the med center.
The management staff is very friendly and efficient.
They always respond quickly to my service requests and go above and beyond to make sure that we are satisfied.
The maintenance staff is equally as impressive; always fixing the problem the first time.
I strongly recommend this apartment community.
It feels very safe and the apartment grounds are spectacular.
My dog loves his daily walks.
In addition, everyone that lives here has been very respectful and considerate neighbors.
I can't imagine a better place to live in this area and for this price point.
