I toured the complex last week while apartment hunting and found the complex quite nice, centrally located to my needs with Metrorail access just out the complex "front-door." The staff that I met while visiting was pleasant, attentive and made me feel as if I was the highest priority on their list. Would recommend the complex to friends. Still hunting, prices were slightly out of my price range, however, model apartment I saw was worth the asking price.

Be glad you moved on. It's all smoke and mirrors to get you to sign the lease. Having never lived there, you don't understand the multitude of problems with their office staff.
