I lived here for about nine months.

The place is beautifully kept, with little disturbances and quiet neighbours.

The gym is decent - they recently got two new running machines to replace the old ones, but they seem to be breaking down pretty fast too probably cause of the high usage.

Open parking gets bad at night after 7-8pm and you have to park in the garage sometimes which might be an inconvenience if you live on the other end of the complex.

(An alternative would be to pay for covered parking)

Management was stand-offish at first when we went there to view the place, but they got much friendlier as I became a familiar face.

I read about car break-ins before getting this place, but it never happened to me or my friends who lived there, nor did I hear about any whilst I was living there.

Overall a great place, definitely worth it's price!
