Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
I have lived here for more than a year now with my family of two young children.
It is overall a well mainatained community although the management is not as responsive as they used to be ( New manager and staff in the last few months).
So I guess things will only get worse.
There is also an increase in crime - burglaries, car break ins and robberies with the management only providing lip service that something is being done to improve security.
Pros:
Close to Med Center and Universities, public transport,
Good elementary school ( Roberts Elementary)
Decent Gym, swimming pool
Cons:
Security is poor and some crime
management...
noise too high - you can hear neighbours talk.
If you live near the southern part of the complex, the noise from the metro can be deafening..
very poor parking
