Although living at Greenbriar wasn't perfect, overall, I found my year there to be good. The office staff were fabulous, greeting me by name when they saw me. My one-bedroom apartment was well-designed and in near-perfect condition when I moved in. I never saw bugs the entire time I lived there. The pool and workout room were fantastic to have and I used them frequently. The two negatives had to be parking and maintenance. Parking was almost always an issue and if I got home later in the evening, I had to park quite a distance from my apartment. As for maintenance, while the men were nice, I knew more about fixing leaking pipes than they did (they actually borrowed my tools one time!) After realizing this, I did any minor maintenance myself.
