Parking - Garage parking is usually plentiful, but for most people the garage isn't very close to the unit they actually live in, which can be quite annoying.

Noise - I rarely hear anything from neighbors, but that may be because my apartment is close to the back facing the bayou so I'm not close to the busier parts of the complex. Inside my apartment the only time I can hear my neighbors is when they're right outside their door, all other times it's very quiet.

Grounds - Usually well kept, except for when people leave their trash outside their doors for valet pickup outside of trash pickup hours and the stray cats get in to it.

Safety - Never experienced any safety issues here. The only issue I can think of is that some of the walkways aren't well-lighted, but if you park near your unit this isn't much of a problem.

Construction - Nothing special.

Maintenance - Still living with some effects of Ike damage, but nothing major. They came through and fixed all the rooves a couple of weeks ago, but repairs inside of units are only being done when residents move out. Other than that maintenance has been pretty good with responding to requests and fixing them correctly. We haven't had to submit many maintenance requests though.

Staff - Very nice and professional, though sometimes miscellaneous requests got lost in the mix.

Overall - I've enjoyed my Greenbriar experience. However, we'd like a larger place that fits within our budget so we're moving outside the loop where less expensive apartments are available. Otherwise I'd be renewing my lease.
