New condos may be a better option

I toured Greenbriar and I wasnt really impressed with the outdated features in each apartment (ex. old electric stove, laminate counters, cultured marble sinks and old plumbing fixtures that you find in a KB Home). I left Greenbriar and went to Serento Condos on Dorrington and I found granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, oil rubbed bronze light and plumbing fixtures, underground parking and fitness center. Although the monthly rent is a little higher the features make it worth it. Rent starts around $1400 per month, deposit is $500, app fee is $100, and the sales rep told me they can throw in a washer dryer and additional covered parking. This is definitely the way to go in today's market because you are getting condo quality walls and floors.

Who ever is recommending this Serento apartments placing bad reviews in all apts in medical center area. I highly suspect that someone in Serento Apts is trying to attract new tanents to their expensive place. But it is very obvious for anyone running into your ad about Serento place.
