Spent a summer here back in '95.

Incredibly convenient location -- right at 59 & Greenbriar, 5 minutes to Rice, 10 minutes downtown.

Not noisy. In fact, I was a rowdy college student at the time, and I think the people there hated us. Lots of older folks.

Nice, shady premises. Secure parking, without crowds. Good community BBQ area, and nice pool.
