Don't get your hopes up if you're interested in this apartment complex. The management notified all residents in Feb 2012 that the complex had been sold and everyone needed to move out before demolition began on March 9, 2012. If you… Full Review ▶

I have lived at Greenbriar Chateau Apartments for many years and am astonished to read the negative reviews. I have to wonder if these people, the ones who wrote the negative reviews have really lived here or have an ax to… Full Review ▶

I really enjoyed living here. My neighbors were quiet and friendly, parking is assigned, and it's near a nice neighborhood to walk/run in. Good area for biking and close to Rice. I recommend it. Staff are outstanding. Full Review ▶

They keep increasing the rate and the management is really bad. The previous manager was very good, but the new one is rude and horrible. Full Review ▶

In a nutshell, the management was totally incompetent, deceitful, and unprofessional. This cost me not only days of stress trying to fix their mistakes, but somehow I mysteriously lost almost $1K from the apartment account, which has yet to be accounted… Full Review ▶

My family has been living here for almost one year since 2006. It's okay. Many of the tenants are students. Security: Gated between outside and parking spaces; gated between parking spaces and apartments. Maintenance: After a call to office, the maintenance… Full Review ▶

Front security gate broken, BBQ gas bottles constantly empty, student parties late at night in pool area and rent increases too high. Basically management are extremely cheap and will not address security issues.

Being let-down by a cheap, tight-fisted and ineffective management.… Full Review ▶

I lived at GC for three years (in three different apartments there, two one-bedroom and one two-bedroom) and had a pretty good experience there. It's located right by the highway, which is good for commuters, but bad if highway noise bothers… Full Review ▶
