I lived in Greenbriar Park North for 6 months and I would never ever look back. From the first week that I moved in, I was harrassed by the guy who lived in the apartment across from me as well as other guys. All of the guys would come and gather up on the sidewalk to drink beer, smoke weed, and create lots of noise. Try reporting it to the office, good luck! They just look like whatever. The cops where there every other day. They even had the "jump out boys" and I didnt even know that they still existed. Almost every other night, the police where arresting someone in those apartments or making a police report of someones car being stolen. Also, if you tried going out to your car at anytime of the day, good luck because there was always someone blocking your car. There where also registered sex offenders that lived in these apartments and I didnt find out about that until I did some indepth research. I should have done my homework. The place is like a little Harlem. Kids are always out screaming and making alot of noise. People are always arguing and fighting. When I turned in move out notice, the leasing office had the nerve to ask me why. I told her about these incidents that had occurred as I did before at least 7 other times and she said that thats just apart of life and that people are going to be like that and that it occurs every where. I just walked out. The reason I was so upset is because I had reported it several times and I even reported the guys by picking them out indepently to the leasing office and nothing was done. I never felt safe. There would be people sitting on the steps next to my apartment just chilling and drinking and would look at you funny if you looked at them. I am a student and it was almost impossible for me to study. The apartment was nice inside and I never had any problems with the maintenance but thats not even the 1st of my concern. As a young single female, you are not safe unless you have a body guard or a real big boyfriend to protect you at ALL TIMES.............

I have been living in green briar park for 4 years and they are the worse apartments that I have ever lived in the maintance men don't fix anything, all they do is drink and smoke all day. I looked out fo my window and I saw a guy shooting, they sell drugs and do drugs, fight, and hangout everynight. The management does not do anything about it. I would not recondment anybody , not even their dogs to live there.
