Greenbriar Park North Apt

This place was my living nightmare... From: jenna_girl82@yahoo.com Date posted: 8/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Trust me... You do not want to live here... I lived in the Greenbriar park north apartments for about 6 months before i couldn't take it anymore... Everything was okay for the first two months but after that everything went downhill... I always paid my rent on time but for some crazy reason there would be a knock on my door every day, with the terrible managers telling me that i needed to pay my rent before i was evicted. when i tried to tell them that i had already paid, they treated me as though i was a fraud. i actually had to show them proof everytime. it was ridiculous. In may of 2004, i was sexually assaulted while walking up the steps to my own apartment. the next day, i went to go pick up my mail and i was told by the management that it was my own fault because according to them "i was looking for that attention." i came to find out that is exactly what they had told the police that night as well. because of that, i was denied victim's compensation. i stayed 2 months longer, intending on fulfilling my lease agreement but that came to a very abrupt end. in july 2004, i was brutally attacked by the man who had sexually assaulted me... i was found unconscious on my living room floor almost bleeding to death with a phone cord wrapped around my neck... i don't remember everything that happened but i do know that it was the same man. when the first incident had occured, i told them about him always smoking weed outside my apartment and that he was not a resident there. i was told that he could be kept away from the complex all together... what a great job they did, huh' i'm not writing this to put down the apartments but i want all women to be forwarned of how dangerous this place truly is... especially if you are white... please take my experience into consideration before making the horrible decision to live here.
